What we collect, and why
When you use the form on this site we collect your name, your company if you give one, the country the machines are in, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and whatever you write about the machines.
We use it for one purpose: to answer you, and, if we agree terms, to buy the machines from you.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where an enquiry does not lead to a transaction, we rely on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who else sees it
Our email provider, Resend, processes the message in order to deliver it. Resend is based in the United States and transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
If bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes your IP address and browser characteristics to check that you are a person. It does not identify you.
Nobody else. We do not sell, share, or trade the data, and there is no advertising or analytics on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are deleted within twelve months.
Where we do buy your machines, the transaction records are kept for as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our processing it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to us at the address above and we will respond within one month.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority: either the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, or the authority in the country where you live or work.
Do you have to give us anything
No. But we cannot reply without an email address, and we cannot value machines we know nothing about.
There is no automated decision-making and no profiling on this site.
